A VIP AREA
Aquiet area away from the hustle and bustle is available to exhibitors, to assist them in their professional meetings with current and potential customers.

AN OUTDOOR LOUNGE FOR SMOKERS
So as not to leave out the many smokers in our profession, a covered, heated smoking room will be set up with a bar and seating areas.

A RESTATAURANT MARQUEE
An attractive and convivial environment, the restaurant has been set up in a marquee to encourage longer discussions.

FREE PARKING
As well as VIP parking spaces, access has been arranged to a car park with more than 500 parking spaces, which is totally free (like Longchamp) but without the mud of the racetrack…

MEMORABLE EVENINGS
Heavent knows just how to make an evening magical. Cocktail receptions and other special evenings will be held throughout this event in a warm, friendly atmosphere conducive to business conversations and meeting new contacts.
The evening event will still take place on the Tuesday night, ending at 10 pm.
The Heavent Awards will still take place on the Wednesday night, by invitation only.
